Today will be a nice break in comparison to yesterday, as this rain moves off shore we are only due for a couple scattered showers with a lightning strike or two.
I sent the bird up yesterday just before the storm was coming in yesterday (7/1), it was drizzling so I was risking damaging it. Obviously making sure it was in an open area in case. But just as I got over top the trees I captured some amazing photos, I will post them below for who is interested, Then we will move on to whats next.

Now I know everyone wants to make plans and ask the question “are we getting rained out this fourth of July or what?” and that’s my job, I’m here to answer that question for you.

Manageable Temperatures and High Pressure
The Fourth of July will be mild in terms of temperatures from what we have been seeing. We will see widespread Mid 80’s across Maryland. A high pressure system will start to build after the fourth and unfortunately this will allow warm air to be trapped in our region.
The Climate Prediction Center
The Climate Prediction Center is in agreement with this they have issued a high probability for above average temperatures in our region starting on the 7th.
